Upwell Therapy is a compassionate mental health practice dedicated to providing clear, practical, and evidence-based support to help manage anxiety, stress and emotional well-being.
Hi! I’m Reagan, a Registered Social Worker providing virtual therapy services through my private practice - Upwell Therapy.
My work focuses predominantly on supporting adults and adolescents (aged 16-30+) who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, academic pressure, or early career uncertainty.
Therapy with me is warm, practical, and grounded in evidence-based approaches. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and strength-based techniques to create a thoughtful and compassionate space where clients can build resilience, feel more capable, and move toward meaningful change.

The name Upwell is inspired by the ocean's natural process of upwelling- where deeper waters rise to the surface, carrying nutrients that support renewal and growth.
I believe this reflects what often happens in therapy: the process of thoughts, emotions, and patterns coming to the surface, and creating space for clarity, connection, and meaningful change.
The name is also a nod to my Nova Scotian roots and love for the ocean.
Upwell Therapy is located on the traditional territory of many Nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabe, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples.
This land, known as Tkaronto, remains home to many Indigenous, Métis, and Inuit communities.
We are grateful to live, learn, work, and play on this land and are committed to ongoing learning, respect, and reconciliation.
